The first meal of the day should prepare you to tackle the most challenging Cévennes hikes or simply relax by the pool!
We offer homemade products, locally sourced goods, and items from organic farming.
Our breakfast includes a fresh seasonal fruit salad, local cheeses, homemade yogurts, eggs cooked to your preference, bread, brioche, homemade pastries, Cévennes honey, and local jams.
For beverages, we invite you to enjoy Cévennes apple juice, Tornac grape juice, orange juice, filtered or espresso coffee, and a selection of teas.

Use of the dining room
When the table d’hôtes is not offered, the dining room remains available for your meals.
A shared area equipped with a refrigerator and a microwave is also at your disposal for reheating or storing simple dishes.

Is breakfast included in the price?
Yes, for the guest rooms, a hearty breakfast is included, composed of local, homemade, and mostly organic products. In the Mazet, breakfast is included in the Guest Room Formula, but not in the Gîte Formula.
Can we have coffee or tea outside of breakfast hours?
Yes, of course! Our guests have access to a quality shared bean-to-cup coffee machine as well as a kettle. Coffee and tea are self-service and unlimited throughout the day in the common area provided for this purpose.
Do you serve croissants for breakfast?
We do not offer classic pastries. We prioritize an entirely homemade and artisanal breakfast. You will find, for example, freshly prepared homemade cakes and crêpes, local products, and organic and local bread. It is an opportunity to enjoy a gourmet breakfast, unique to our Mas!
Do you offer a Table d'hôtes?
Yes, with an mandatory reservation. It must be made 24 hours in advance to allow us to guarantee the freshness and quality of our local and seasonal products. Without a reservation, we can offer a simpler meal, depending on available products.
What is the price of dinner? What does it include?
The price is fixed and includes a single menu consisting of an aperitif, a starter, a main course, a dessert, followed by a coffee or an infusion. Everything is homemade with local, seasonal, and mostly organic products.
For 2026, the price is 34 € per adult. Drinks are not included in this price.
Is the menu customizable (allergies, vegetarian...)?
Our cuisine is based on a single daily menu. However, if you notify us of any allergy or specific diet (vegetarian or gluten-free, for example) when booking 24 hours in advance, we will do our best to adapt.
Is dinner served separately?
No, dinner is served at the large communal table to promote conviviality and exchange among all our guests, in the traditional spirit of the Table d’hôtes.
Do you offer a special menu for children?
Yes. We offer a simplified adaptation of the single menu (starter, main course, dessert) for children under 12. These dishes are prepared with the same care and fresh products as those for adults.
What is the price for children's meals?
We apply a reduced rate for children under 12. Please consult us at the time of booking for the current rate of this adapted menu.
Is it possible to order a picnic basket for lunch?
Yes, we offer a picnic basket service composed of fresh, local, and seasonal products (elaborate sandwiches, salads, fruits, drinks). These baskets must be reserved 24 hours in advance and are ideal for your excursions and hikes in the Cévennes.
